These vendors have been used by myself and my clients. To this point we have had great experiences with their work. I hope your experiences will be as great as ours. It is best to use someone who is licensed as the building department can enforce project completion dates only if licensed and permits are pulled for the projects. Your homeowners insurance is more likely to cover your home repairs if the work was completed by a licensed contractor, permits were pulled and completed to code requirements. Please be sure to ask if they are insured and licensed as I have not vetted each vendors for insurance or licenses. Additional vendors can always be found online.
