About Me

I am Frances Machovina, your Tri-Lakes and Colorado Springs Employing Broker/Owner at Tri-Lakes Real Estate, Inc.

Colorado has been my home since 2004. I serve clients along the Front Range to include Tri-Lakes, Colorado Springs, Fountain and surrounding areas. I am both a resident and an investor of rental properties within the community. I help my clients buy more house for less money and sell their homes for the highest value the current market will support.

My real estate experience doesn't stop with buying and selling properties. My career began in 1991 in a lender's office assisting with property loan origination. This was followed with experience in property management of single family residences and apartments and renovation of single family properties resulting in my ownership of Tri-Lakes Real Estate Inc. My years in the industry have provided me with a network of vendors to assist in making each transaction run smoothly. My strong negotiation skills, experience in the field, and desire to constantly learn will keep more money in my clients' pockets! My unique ability to read each client and their needs combined with my market knowledge provides an enjoyable property experience.
